Our little angels do better when they have full support and engagement from their families. However, we realize that their success requires access to sustainable, and equitable resources, financial education, and opportunities also adequate healthcare and childcare.
At Little Angels Learning Center, we believe in providing full services to the families in our community. You can sign up for any of the following services under our Family Engagement Model.
Parent specialist club: There’s no parenting rulebook, but there’s always room to learn and grow as a caregiver.
Parent association: Form bonds with other parents in the community. We all need someone to lean on!
Ongoing parent education/training classes: Take new parenting courses as they pop up on the calendar.
Childcare best practices: Learn about basic childcare needs from experts.
Home visits: Have a specialist come to your home to speak to you about early child development.
Personal relationship building: Mirror what our little angels work on as they practice collaboration and conflict resolution skills.
Monthly well-being checks: Because sometimes, we just need someone to check on us and see if things are going okay.
Resources
In addition to our core Family Engagement Model, we connect our parents and families with community resources. Our status as an Early Head Start/Head Start program and our partnership with Something Good in Englewood gives us the support we need to take care of our families.
